In this position…

Dealer Service Analysts analyze, investigate, and decision credit offerings for the contiguous United States and related market areas.  Daily work includes call handling and credit offering discussion with Ford dealers and Lincoln retailers.  Strong sales and negotiation skills are paramount to contributing to our success.  Applicants should have an understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management.

The Dealer Services Analyst is a remote position.  There are multiple openings.  

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 50 miles) to the Nashville, TN metropolitan area.

You'll have…

Bachelor of Business Administration or related Business Degree. Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and speed and accuracy in typing and data entry  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales and negotiation skills  Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining high level of organization and time management Analytical and decision-making skills, independently identifying and implementing solutions to problems and overcoming challenges Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly adapt communication style and approach as appropriate Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday which will include some evenings, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays Ability/willingness to travel as needed to attend training, dealer events or in-person meetings Applicants need to be willing to fulfill employment obligations in a work from home environment and have reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet space (minimal distractions or interruptions) from which to work at home)

What you'll do…

Analyze and decision consumer (Ford Credit) credit applications Adhere to purchase approval limits and investigation standards Sell the benefit of the Company's value proposition to the dealers and effectively maintain a consistent purchase policy based on dealer support, liquidation experience, and management direction Understand and practice business unit financing plans, programs, and procedures  Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealership personnel Complete all required procedural reviews in a timely manner to identify potential misrepresentations or fraud Perform investigations as required  Support the sales organization as required to complement business activities Participate actively in DSA calibration sessions Support a culture which ensures a sales mindset is maintained Perform daily responsibilities to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction Support Dealer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives  Support diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting, and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals Show team spirit by respecting the needs of others, offering to help, and having flexibility by joining in team efforts to work during our busiest times (near the holidays, etc.) Welcome positive coaching and learning opportunities to improve your skills
