Work under general direction of Dealer Manager. Responsible for the operation of configuration and price quotation systems, sales assistance and coordination to Dealer Manager, establishing and managing customer database.  Operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of dealers in the regions.

- Responsible for the management of dealers in the region

- Management of contracted products

- Be responsible for the dealer’s trading contract signing based upon ZEISS requirements, internal PO process, payment collection and other commercial operation

- Establish customer database and supports in CRM

- Work closely with product team to support dealers

- Understand/respect corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on pricing strategies
