Advance is also a major stakeholder in Charter Communications, Discovery, and Reddit. **Join Our Team as a Dealer Success Manager at Cloud Theory!** **Key Responsibilities:** + Establish and nurture robust relationships with our dealer clients and affiliate partners, empowering them to effectively use Cloud Theory's data and marketing solutions. + Provide high-caliber coaching and insights tailored to the specific needs of each dealer group, maximizing their success. + Demonstrate operational excellence by managing both the external relationship with client contacts and internal systems, including billing, forecasting, and order management. + Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ objectives, challenges, and the evolving automotive industry landscape. + Utilize data to measure and report the effectiveness of implemented strategies, demonstrating value and identifying areas for continuous improvement. + Excel in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Reporting to our Director of Client Strategy, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding exceptional service and driving excellence within our dealer and affiliate network. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** + Strong understanding of automotive operations with expertise in dealership sales, marketing, and fixed operations, particularly with dealer groups. + Willingness to travel on occasion (quarterly). + Demonstrate experience in leveraging data to create insightful reports that measure performance, inform strategic decisions, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders. + Commitment to exceeding expectations and working proactively with the Cloud Theory team and our clients. + Proficient in quickly grasping the functionality of the Cloud Theory platform and related services, applying this knowledge strategically to guide clients. + Skilled in relationship-building and fostering active platform adoption across multiple dealership locations. + Effective problem-solving and communication skills. + Passionate about personal and professional development, with an eagerness to learn. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the automotive retail sector. + Experience with SaaS tools. + Ability to think quickly and empathetically, establishing rapport and developing lasting client relationships. + Skilled in negotiation and issue resolution, with an emphasis on non-confrontational communication. + Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting. + Valid driver’s license, with readiness for required travel. **Additional Information** Advance Local Media offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with affordable options for your healthcare including medical, dental and vision plans, mental health support options, flexible spending accounts, fertility assistance, a competitive 401(k) plan to help plan for your future, generous paid time off, paid parental and caregiver leave and an employee assistance program to support your work/life balance, optional legal assistance, life insurance options, as well as flexible holidays to honor cultural diversity.
