Work with Ford regional staff and our dealers to establish dealership warranty labor and part markup rates in compliance with Ford policies and various state laws. The primary tool for this is the Ford Warranty Retail Reimbursement Platform which is a system that allows dealers to input data and documents to request labor rate and parts markup rate increases. The system enables electronic processing of those requests and supports messaging between the dealer, Ford Field Operations and the Ford Service Performance Manager.
Once submitted, the Dealer Warranty Reimbursement Analysts review dealer requests for accuracy and compliance. The Dealer Warranty Reimbursement Analysts then guide the requests through the subsequent processing steps, and once all approvals and conversations are completed, implements or assists implementation in the various Ford systems for warranty claim payment.
In support of the establishment of labor and parts markup rates, the Dealer Warranty Reimbursement Analyst needs to interface with the various Ford teams in OGC, Field Operations, Warranty Administration, and Warranty Finance.
