Responsibilities

Reviews the paperwork against the checklist in the deal jacket to verify that all necessary documentation of the vehicle purchase transaction are complete and accurateCollaborates with sales and finance staff to collect any missing deal documentationScans supporting documentation for the sales transaction into digital sales fileReconciles and processes daily depositsRoutes paperwork and supporting documentation (i.e. titles, invoices, payroll items, etc.) to various departmentsReviews / clean schedules and communicates variances to accountingUpdates deal status on Performance DashboardPrepares and submits check requestsCollaborates with Finance and Insurance Manager to drive deal closing
