What You'll Do:

Handle daily check and credit card depositsReconcile cash sales accounting schedulesCollaborating with store operations for process improvementsAudit car deals for accuracy and completenessServe as the second line of audit defenseMaintain notes on missing or incorrect itemsEnsure revenue recognition and state complianceProvide backup support for document scanningReview IRS Form 8300s for accuracyAssist in maintaining accounting schedulesCross-train on Title & Registration Specialist roleMeet performance standards for accuracy and efficiencyPerform additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detailExcellent communication and time management skillsActive listening and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and adapt quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsHigh school diploma preferred1+ years of dealership or car deal processing experience preferred
