DEALERSHIP SUBLET COORDINATOR

Duties include assisting customers on the phone and through email, as well as assisting with the administrative needs and operations of the Service Department. Qualified candidates will have strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate with our customers and team in a positive manner. This is a high volume, fast-paced position where the ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in high pressure jobs.

Daily duties include but not limited to:

Recording of vendor and sublet invoices, categorizing to appropriate repair order or cost categoryReceiving of parts inventory and stocking of partsAssisting customers on the phone and through email with their various service needsWriting Repair Orders, scheduling service appointments, billing and electronic filingCommunicating with customers on the status of their repair or service, including ready to pick uP

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast paced team environment is essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGeneral understanding and interest in automotive dealership operationsAbility to understand what customers are looking for and communicate effectively with themExcellent time management and organizational skills in order to keep up with a demanding scheduleExperience in customer facing administrative roles with a high attention to detail and organization

LICENSES:

Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.
