Love data, analytics and working in a very fast paced environment Know how to set pricing and explain the “meaning/why” to your internal customer Anticipate market changes in pricing and coming up with solutions 

A Day in the life:

Provides regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management, through BI tools and pricing softwareTakes initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and marginPresents pricing analysis and recommendations to discount management teamHelps drive efficiencies in discount review processProvides details including market comparisons, downstream impact of proposals, and review of steps needed to implement change

What you’ll need:  

Minimum 4-year college degree  2 or more years experience providing financial / pricing analysis with actionable recommendations based on elasticities, willingness to pay, KPI’s etc. Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills Minimum 1 year experience using BI interface like Tableau or, preferably, QlikAdept at learning new computer applications Strong collaboration, follow up skills, ease with tight deadlines, as well as the ability to manage several projects at the same time Solid written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent Excel skills required

And if you have this, even better:

Workflow experience using Alteryx a huge plus Experience using PROS or other pricing software Possess leadership qualities and excellent team player
