Job Description & Summary

PwC Bermuda’s Deals business is exciting, fast-paced and growing. Focusing on deals and crisis situations for our clients, we are looking for a Manager to join our team as we guide our clients through the moments that matter most to them. 

As an Advisory professional with PwC’s Deals team, you’ll be part of a team seeking to add value to clients through our insights and delivery. Your role will be varied and often client facing, working on Transactions, M&A, Restructuring and insolvency projects.

With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:

Managing day-to-day activities and deliverables on projects including transactions, financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, valuations, corporate finance and strategic reviews;   

Supporting team members to contribute to the development of best practice; 

Developing relationships with new and existing clients in the Bermuda market; 

Developing, scoping, and pricing Deals engagements; 

Building and maintaining trust-based client relationships;  

Delivering internal training sessions for staff and partners;  

Liaising with global counterparts and subject matter specialists to ensure PwC methodology and leading practices are brought forth to client engagements.

Capabilities/Skills Required:

Undergraduate degree plus minimum of 4 years Advisory experience in a professional services environment (Big 4 firm Advisory practice experience preferred but not required);

An internationally recognised professional accounting designation, such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA preferred;

A recognised insolvency qualification would also be an asset.
