Embark on your career journey with us as an Analyst in the  Real Estate Advisory team. Our multi-faceted real estate services span advisory, transactions, and transaction advisory, embedded within a broader deals environment that includes mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, corporate finance, financial due diligence, and debt/capital advisory. Trusted with significant urban regeneration, housing, and commercial development projects, together with challenging strategy and advisory engagements, we offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work culture.

Collaborate with the Real Estate team to provide advice on diverse property issues across both public and private sector clients.

Assist in managing and delivering client engagements.

Conduct research to support thought leadership and client projects.

Engage in comprehensive financial modeling and model reviews.

Prepare reports and deliverables for clients.

Work towards achieving industry-relevant qualifications.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

Ideally, some experience in the property sector, but this is not essential.

Numerically literate with strong analytical and modeling skills; valuation experience is desirable but not essential.

A keen interest in learning and developing expertise in real estate, with a willingness to participate in team and firm projects.

Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
