DEAMS Senior Trainer
Kearney & Company is seeking a DEAMS Senior Training SME to join our team! The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Data Analytics Team and interact with DEAMS users in support of the sustainment of the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS). They will also provide a broad range of financial management expertise including budget formulation/execution. Other responsibilities may include: Serve as a Data Analytics Team point of contact for SAF/FMFO Support SAF/FMFO DEAMS end users by reviewing existing capability within the SAF/FMFO PowerBI Cloud tool and validating all capabilities are sufficiently addressed in available SAF/FMFO training materials Support SAF/FM/RTC reviewing existing capability within the SAF/FMFO PowerBI Cloud tool and validating all capabilities are sufficiently addressed in available RTC training materials Document findings and propose plan to update all training materials to adequately address all available SAF/FMFO PowerBI Cloud tool capabilities Assist with the development of required training materials Facilitate and promote Strategic Communications/Change Management activities Data Analytics SMEs will assist Command SMEs, Field Support SMEs, and other DEAMS functional business areas as required Provide support to the DEAMS Help Desk, e.g., surge and end of year processes Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of AF financial management experience Ability to brief and communicate effectively with senior leaders and managers Must be willing and able to travel as required Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree DEAMS experience Ability to analyze financial data using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Access, as well as the ability to create and use PivotTables and complex functions Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
