Overview **Dean|Fluor** is looking for a Custodial Supervisor Responsibilities + Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team utilizing systems to promote performance, establish clear expectations, promote staff growth and development, provide constructive feedback, recognize success, correct undesirable work performance, focus on employee success, and develop a cohesive team. + Monitor employee work hours to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, manage overtime, and approve time sheets. + Organize workflow and prioritize the work of staff for maximum efficiency. + Conduct facility inspections to determine safety and custodial needs. + Provide for and participate in the cleaning of all assigned facilities. + Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools needed to maintain facilities. + Be familiar with and follow all company policies and procedures. + Follow universal precautions and all work safety practice controls established by OSHA. Qualifications + High School diploma/GED coupled with five (5) or more years experience in custodial work with supervisory experience. + Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance. + Must have basic computer skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. + Must have organizational skills. **Abilities:** + Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. + Sitting for extended periods of time. + Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. + Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. + Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. + Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. + Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. + Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. + Identify and understand the speech of another person.
