Your Role and Responsibilities
The Dean’s Coordinator for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion provides high-level coordination of the Dean’s activities for the School of Engineering. The incumbent serves as the central liaison between the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and faculty, students, staff, and other internal and external constituents. The Dean’s Coordinator proactively manages numerous administrative functions including managing the Associate Dean’s special projects, events, meetings, agendas, committee arrangements, and other initiatives. The incumbent will plan, staff, and support events sponsored by the Dean’s office in support of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with advanced interpersonal skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
This is a part-time position at 25.5 hours per week and is benefits eligible.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience. Prior executive-level project management or administrative experience preferred.
Job Competencies
