Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the supervision, development, planning, and evaluation of the nursing program activities.Manage program budget, faculty, staff, and clinical site relationships.Ensure program compliance with Board rules and regulations.Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures.Prepare reports and documentation for state and Board requirements.Maintain student and faculty records, overseeing admission processes and orientation.Establish and maintain educational partnerships and contracts with clinical sites.Participate in faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation.Provide academic support and advising to students.Conduct Nursing Advisory Committee meetings and maintain community relationships.Monitor instruction quality and participate in program review and strategic planning.Ensure student readiness for graduation and licensing exams.Track and report on student performance, NCLEX licensing, and job placement rates.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state where the campus is locatedMaster's or higher degree in nursing, education, or administration from an accredited institutionMinimum of two years of experience in nursing education, administration3 years of post licensure experience in direct patient careDemonstrated leadership, communication skills, and commitment to diversityExperience in supervision, planning, and budget management
