Job Description

Position Objectives:

 

To trouble shooting and analyzing failure device or PCBA board and to ensure line FOR meeting target.To ensure failure device or PCBA board is analyze completed on time as to fulfill LOP requirements.To update Debug reports on time and up to date.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Trouble shooting and analyzing failure device or PCBA boards.

2. To analyze problems using problem solving technique (BPS’s Problem Solving Sheet, %-Why, etc) and provide timely temporary and permanent countermeasure to achieve Sales Test (PDI) and FOR target.

3. Responsible for daily shift fall of rate report and input into MIS.

4. Assist superior to carry out various study for quality improvement.

5. To liaise with engineer groups for new product knowledge.

6. To liaise with TEF7 Engineer or EPP-P Engineer for any NTF improvement.

7. Create an environment that I culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.

8. Instill a continuous improvement mentality to production operator level.

9. To complete schedule jobs provide by superior.

10. To assist superior to 5S and housekeeping process.

11. Basic ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO/TS 16949 awareness.

12. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

QualificationsDiploma in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Debug troubleshooting in ICT or Testing background)Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork in the department and with other department.Able to lead a team in cross functional way to solve the problem.
