Position Summary:

Level One: Level one deburr operators work with minimal assistance to perform all levels of hand finishing tasks such as edge breaking and employing a number of different deburr tools and media to achieve specified surface finishes on a number of different materials. This requires basic print reading competencies, an intermediate understanding of different deburr media uses, as well as an intermediate understanding and familiarity with customer specifications such as BAC5700, and quality specs such AS900. Level one deburrs operators also demonstrate the ability to perform expert level visual inspections, and perform required inspection follow up with upstream processes. They will perform first articles and E1 system updates. 0-3 Years of Exp.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.Perform 1st article.Deburr I.D & O.D part surfaces.Document work / reportsPerform 100 % visual inspection to I.D and O.D of the parts.Post E1 Production

 Required Skills:

The ability to read and write English.Ability to set up any part end standard.Ability to use all I.D and O.D tools.
