Job Title: Deburring Technician
Job Description

This position involves working on A shift in the Deburr Department. The primary responsibility is to remove raised particles and shavings from parts, using repetitive filing or a grinder to smooth away nicks and fragments. Tasks also include sanding by hand or with a pneumatic hand tool for more troublesome deformities, washing, and polishing/buffing parts prior to submitting for inspection.

Work Environment

This is a job shop machining center for the aerospace industry, with runs ranging from 20-70 pieces. The parts are very complex and need to be within very close tolerances. Training will take place on 1st shift for 30-90 days before moving to B shift, which operates 10 hours M-Th from 7:30 pm to 6:00 am (with a $1 shift premium).

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00
