The Dedicated Account Representative (DAR) at Amex GBT Ovation will support a dedicated law 100 firm (external client contacts and internal stakeholders including client solutions and traveler care). This position will provide responsive high-touch service to the primary travel contacts as well as travelers. This role will divide time between serving as the primary point of contact to the key client stakeholders and providing traveler care alongside the dedicated team of travel consultants.

The selected candidate will be remote (virtual, work from home) in a client-facing role providing a proactive approach to managing daily client requests with a white glove mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the client’s primary point of contact for Sabre related inquiries including historical pricing and PNR invoicing and HR feed supportMange third-party billing and secure hotel folios to forward to client for reconciliationManagement and oversight of unused tickets and applicable client reporting for all travel programs and specialty groups; management and oversite of group booking process in collaboration with our customerTesting to ensure accuracy in GDS and online booking tool (contracts for air, hotel, and car pricing) Debit memo research and resolutionManage the loading and upkeeping of PRDS requests. Ensure air and hotel rates are loaded and accessible to all markets. Identify rate loading discrepancies to the appropriate representatives to ensure resolution.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5-years’ experience in the corporate travel industryIntermediate experience with Sabre, scripts, back office, and mid office processesAbility to work and negotiate with internal clients and airline partners while anticipating needs, evaluating issues, determining root causes and addressing promptlyComfort with Microsoft Office tools including ExcelExperience in a client-facing roleAbility to manage multiple priorities and special projects with stellar time management skills within a team environment

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs.  An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.  For information about our comprehensive US benefits programs and eligibility, please review our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
