Dedicated Well-Being Coordinator Role Summary
The Well-Being Coordinator is designated to one Cigna client and works closely with the Cigna account management team and the client’s human resources/ well-being team to execute the client’s employee health engagement and well-being goals. The primary focus of the Well-Being Coordinator is to promote whole-person health and well-being.


The Well-Being Coordinator executes the appropriate delivery and coordination of Cigna’s programs and resources, customer education initiatives and vendor services while monitoring engagement and effectiveness of the program.
A core objective of this position is to facilitate well-being programs that educate and influence the client’s population to lead healthier lifestyles. This role strives to create data-driven strategies resulting in measurable outcomes.
 

General Responsibilities
1. Client Well-Being Assessment
•Conduct an organizational assessment to identify client’s strengths and opportunities
•Conduct well-being surveys to determine employees’ interests and feedback
 

2. Strategy and Budget
•Present multifaceted data elements such as registration rates, utilization, health assessment and overall engagement metrics
•Collaborate with Cigna account team and client to create an annual strategy
•Ensure strategy is adaptable to the unique needs of client
•Create a communication plan to promote programs utilizing various communication channels
•Develop and stay within client-specific budget that supports their well-being strategy
•Provide on-going analysis and evaluation of client communications/health/wellness strategies, biometric data, and employee engagement to drive better results

3. Implement Programs
•Collaborate with Cigna account team, client and vendors to create, promote and implement well-being programs such as events, campaigns and seminars
•Track program metrics including participation and outcomes
•Share health and well-being related educational materials and resources
•Represent Cigna at events in a professional manner

4. Well-Being Committee
•Partner with client in creation of a well-being committee if one has not already been established
•Facilitate well-being committee on an on-going basis to support client’s strategy
 

5. Cigna Responsibilities
•Attend required trainings and meetings
•Process client budget reimbursements or expenses in a timely manner
•Conduct client and customer-facing events and maintain engagement participation and feedback records
•Provide open enrollment support to client as it relates to Cigna's benefit plans, programs and resources such as presentations, informal Q&A or stop-by-booths
•Contribute and collaborate with teammates through sharing best practices
•Strategize with Cigna account team to provide client with needed services, data and resources
•Actively learns client’s industry and Cigna products and software to effectively support client

6. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•Understanding of wellness programming and health promotion
•Strong understanding of benefits and plan designs a huge plus
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions
•Resilient and able to overcome roadblocks without being deterred by initial setbacks
•Possess problem solving and analytical skills; attention to detail and proven ability to manage complex timelines
•Highly skilled at creation and delivery of presentations/public speaking
•Proficient at engaging, influencing and motivating others
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Self-starter; able to work independently to get results
•Ability to foster collaboration, gain support and trust
•Proficient at establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
•Proven ability to function in a heavily matrixed environment
•Possess knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
•Proven ability to present in group settings with technology platforms (WebEx Meeting applications)

**Candidate must be available to be onsite in Seminole County, FL area 4 days per week**

Qualifications
•This position is based in Seminole County, FL. Candidates must be able to travel in and around the geographic area to attend client-facing engagements and be onsite up to 4 days/ week.
•Bachelor’s degree in health education, human resources, health promotion or related field preferred
•2+ years in health and wellness field such as corporate wellness programming, HR/Benefits, health promotion/education, event coordination, etc.

Preferred
•Master’s degree in related field
•CHES, Chapman WellCert or other health & wellness certifications
