The Shipping Back-up Lead will be responsible for providing leadership necessary to promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and fluidity within the department all while ensuring that quality, safety, and production requirements are met. The individual must be actively working as a current employee of the Deer Creek Shipping and preferably Production Scheduler to be a qualified. The following is in addition to regular assigned duties.
