Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking to hire two Defense Travel System Support Specialist (DTS) in support of Army INSCOM FINOPS for the 116th MI BDE and G2/G2X at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Review DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance.Provide support as required for immediate assistance.Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support.Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding to Lines of Accounting in DTSReview and process Incoming DTS Authorizations/Vouchers and submit to Government personnel for validation.Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA)Maintain Accounting of Travel ExpendituresConduct reviews of Travel VouchersProcess newly assigned/departing personnel in GTC program, process GTC credit applications, and create/modify user profiles within Citi DirectEnsure that approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements.Assist in GTC account maintenance, and provide desk-side, email, and phone technical assistance with GTC related issues.Prepare monthly reports and plan, coordinate and provide DTS training. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing DTS Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) supportPreferred: Associate’s Degree Substitute 3-5 additional years of DTS ODTA experience for an Associate’s degree and Travel Certificate Program CertificationDemonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.Experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial management Regulations (FMR), Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) Regulations.
