Leidos is looking for a Sr. Defensive Cyberspace Operations/Mission Assurance Planner to work at DISA Central Field Command on our GSM-O II Contract supporting the DCJ34 Network Assurance Division. The objective is to reduce risk to Strategic mission by identifying, protecting, detecting, responding, and recovering against malicious cyber actors and threats for DISA, ensuring availability and reliability of our services to the Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and Mission Partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) mission decomposition and MRT-C to map Mission Critical Capabilities and supporting physical and cyberspace assets using MADSS.Utilize DCO subject matter expertise to solidify DISA's Task Critical Asset (TCA) defense posture.Assist in identifying different priority plans within DoD and address the Communications, Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C4I) requirements as laid out in Annex K.Coordinate with DCJ3 Operations Division to conduct DCO assessments on critical infrastructure as it relates to the DISN and DODIN mission capability with key emphasis on threat and vulnerabilities.Support DCO report development, risk mitigation analysis and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) initiatives.Coordinate with DCJ5 Plans Division to identify cyber defense seams and gaps supporting DISA, Combatant, and Functional Command's major contingency and operational plans.Assist in the development of DCO operations and exercise inputs, scenarios, and objectives to validate findings and mitigation solutions.Create briefs, reports, and assessments as required. Operationally track, report, and brief all OPORDs, DTOs, DAMs and TMTs for the DCJ34 leadership.Communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to DISA.Able to read and document the systems and networks connecting equipment types using topology maps.Identify new and emerging capabilities and identify vulnerabilities and threats to the Tier 0 boundaries.Assist in annual Task Critical Asset listing validation and report write up.Basic Qualifications
Must have an active DoD active TS/SCI security clearance.Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.Experience in DCO crisis and operational planning efforts.Experience writing white papers and assessments on topics related to defensive cyber operations and cyber infrastructure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.DoD-approved IA/Cybersecurity workforce certifications; IAM/IT Level III (preferred).Experience with Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), WWOHLS and MARMS.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DCO, Mission Assurance (MA) construct, and/or Cyber Security Service Providers (CSSP).Current Security+, CISSP, CISM, or Equivalent Certification.Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related technical field.Knowledge of Mission Assurance and Critical Infrastructure as it applies the Cyberspace Operations.Ability to support the development of technical deliverables.Ability to identify new and emerging capabilities and identify vulnerabilities and threats to the infrastructure and germane systems and hardware.Original Posting Date:2025-01-06While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
Pay Range:Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
