JR60205 DEG Product Engineer/Sr Engineer, Multi-Pass PickAs a Multi-Pass pick Product Engineer in the DEG organization, you will be part of a global team responsible for the set up of Assembly pick methodologies (Multi-pass pick, Smart MultiBin Pick, Smart Die Matching, etc) to maximize yield/prime supply, as well as driving for innovative die recovery options on “2nd bin/remnant” products. You will become one of our in-house DEG experts in Assembly pick methodologies, to bridge the needs of our internal PE teams, with the capabilities from our Manufacturing/PDE partners. This team serves all DRAM and Emerging technologies, including DRAM in Sustaining Mode and Development Chips, so you will likely be exposed to various DRAM technologies.
You possess the command skills needed to excel in cross-functional teams and socialize future solutions throughout DRAM Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations and get leadership consensus. Smart Die Pick Methodology Expert within Product Engineering (Multi-Pass Pick, Smart Multi-bin Pick, Smart Die Matching, amongst others)Connecting the needs of our Product Engineering pillars with the Backend Manufacturing, Package Development Engineering, Supply Chain and SMAI (Execution teams) to maximize Yield/Capability output via Multi-pass pick Methodologies and Die recovery methods in Assembly.“Second Bin” Management: ensuring the Assembly Manufacturing solutions implemented allow us to maximize yield, quality and revenue for second-pass die and remnant parts (seeking to maximize flexibility, in case market changes).Supporting inventory optimization, yield and product capability forecasts via Assembly pick methodologies (through a wholistic plan spanning from Fab all the way through BE Test).Attribute Management: understanding Backend Manufacturing attributes required move product seamlessly and safely through the production line.Supporting ROI generation/calculation efforts for our Smart Die Pick use cases, in collaboration with DEG Analytics, Supply Chain and the Smart Die Pick task force.Supporting prioritization at the DRAM-level: supporting all DRAM pillars, and serving as “the voice for DRAM” in the Smart Die Pick Taskforce.Lifecycle Support: Collaborating with PDE and Manufacturing in “turning on” Assembly Multi-pass pick solutions, but also managing such rules through the life of a product, all the way to a “turn off” decision.Collaborate with DEG Dispo teams to create Shipmap plans based on Demand informationOur DEG *Smart Die Pick* team will be the primary contact to the PDE (Package Development Engineering), Backend Manufacturing and SMAI (Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence) teams, in the set up of Multi-pass Assembly solutions.*Minimum Qualifications:
