DEI Partner - Data strategy and External partnerships

Join us as a DEI Partner – Data Strategy and External Partnerships within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space. In this role, you will support the Lead Business Partner for an entity and region, acting as a strategic advisor to identify opportunities that enhance DEI outcomes. You will drive progress on our multi-year DEI strategy by developing, monitoring, and reporting on key success indicators, addressing challenges, and leveraging data-driven insights to implement impactful interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and co-create effective solutions.

To be successful as a DEI Partner – Data Strategy and External Partnerships, you should have experience with:

• Strong stakeholder management, consultation, and influencing skills

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to solve problems and guide decision-making

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

• A collaborative and diplomatic approach, thriving on bringing together people at all levels of the organization to drive impactful change

This role is based in New York

Salary/rate minimum $85,000

Salary/rate maximum $130,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.  It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Accountabilities

Development and support of progress across the DEI agendas.Implementation and embedment of DEI strategy in partnership with DEI counsels, business and ERGs, working to influence and build accountability across the business to drive outcomes.Collaboration with other departments to ensure that DEI is embedded in all aspects of the business, across the colleague, customer & client and community lifecycles.Development of monitoring (measuring and tracking) and reporting on indicators of success, creating insight and analysis to make recommendations for improvement.
