About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Motorsport Delegate Engagement Manager to join our dynamic Motorsports Partnerships team in one of our most high-profile roles. This position blends expertise in events with strategic field marketing efforts, enabling our brand to maximize the business benefits of our motorsport investments, creating memorable experiences that support sales objectives and build strong relationships with key accounts.

What You'll Do:

Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Building

Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including sales leaders, executives, and customer accounts—to ensure seamless integration between sponsorships and field marketing efforts.

Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies with sales teams to build relationships with targeted accounts through motorsport events, effectively moving key prospects through the sales pipeline.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Global Motorsport Partnerships team and regional sales and marketing leads to align delegate and event activities with broader business goals and drive regional impact.

Delegate Management and Acquisition Strategy

Delegate Strategy Development: Design a comprehensive delegate management strategy, including target audience definition, nomination criteria, and acquisition tactics, to achieve delegate engagement objectives at executive events and activations.

Acquisition Plan Execution: Develop and execute a master delegate acquisition plan aligned with sales and strategic targets, focusing on pipeline acceleration for key accounts.

Database Management: Oversee program database development and updates by curating data from Sales, Marketing, and Operations, in collaboration with third-party agencies as needed.

Event Planning and Execution

Event Logistics and Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event logistics for motorsport engagements, including audience engagement, on-the-ground operations, and brand storytelling, working closely with designated agencies to ensure smooth execution.

Registration and Nominations: Manage the delegate registration and nomination process, ensuring timely communication and updates with regional teams, sales management, and third-party partners.

Compliance and Legal Coordination: Partner with the Compliance team to ensure all legal requirements are met, streamlining processes to facilitate efficient delegate management.

Campaign Performance and Reporting

Analytics and Real-Time Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, using data to make agile adjustments for optimal outcomes.

Regular Reporting: Provide structured reports on nominations, registration performance, and campaign outcomes to keep stakeholders informed and drive strategic adjustments.

Stakeholder Updates: Maintain a regular cadence of meetings with the Global Partnerships team, Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to drive nominations and review campaign results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Need:

Event and Field Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in using diverse marketing tactics to drive demand and support sales acceleration.

Organizational and Planning Skills: Strong project management abilities to effectively plan and execute marketing initiatives within timelines and budgets.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment on goals and seamless execution.

Willingness to Travel: Approximately 20% travel to support high-profile, on-site engagements at races and motorsport events.

Proven experience in managing corporate hospitality, building relationships, and executing high-profile events.

Strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and experience working with enterprise sales teams to support demand generation.

Proficiency in database management, Salesforce (SFDC), and reporting, with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.

Familiarity with technology or fast-paced environments, with adaptability to diverse cultural needs.

Excellent communication skills for engaging senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong project management and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

5-7 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

A passion for motorsports and understanding of sports sponsorship impact on brand awareness (preferred but not required).

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
