SUMMARY
The Deli Shift Supervisor’s responsibilities are to assist the Deli Manager with running a profitable department including but not limited to ensuring customer service standards are being met, presentations are at expected levels, and safe food handling procedures are being followed while working in a safe manner.

Assists with supervising Associates in the Deli Department in the absence of the Deli Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
