AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Deli Prep, Part-time in a fun, fast paced environment. This position is scheduled Saturday and/or Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve sandwiches and food from the deli station Read food orders or receive verbal instructions for food requested by customers; prepare and cook food according to instructions Ensure proper portioning and distribution of food items for daily service Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance Maintain a safe work environment Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Job Requirements:

High volume food preparation and cooking experience Excellent communication skills Exceptional food presentations skills Physically able to perform duties which contain repetitive motions such as stirring, slicing, bending, and lifting
