DELIVERY, SUPERVISOR

The Delivery, Supervisor provides service to customers both internally and externally by adhering to defined service level agreements and statutory requirements. The role is essential in ensuring that payroll will run smoothly as the agent is responsible on a day-to-day operation specifically relating to SLA and client requirements / needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly interacts with client on routine planning and execution of production activities.

Workload management

Team management – making sure to increase the quality of the team through good recruitment, training and development and through effective coaching and feedback.

Analyze inputs from QCs and CSAT surveys and take appropriate actions to ensure quality.

Ensure the different scorecards and dashboards are used effectively during huddles and reviews and actions are derived from them resulting in improved quality of delivery

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Payroll Administration

Provides expertise on HR and/or payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.

Understanding of the various inputs and outputs such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll.

Perform complex analysis of payroll issues that may impact a single employee or groups of employees to determine root cause and identify sustainable solutions

Assess and resolve payroll impacts from benefit payroll deductions

Utilize advanced knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle

Knowledgeable about Philippines Payroll system

Data Analysis & Resolution

Analyzes data and uses this to identify and initiate appropriate solutions at a team or center level.

Engages internal stakeholders in the analysis and development of solutions.

Seeks additional information when gaps or variances in data are found.

Prioritization Skills

Sets and clearly communicates priorities.

Determines resource requirements and manages the schedule and deliverables of the team.

Identifies and mitigates any risks to service delivery.

Required Education and Experience

BA/BS (preferably in accounting) or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written

Effective negotiation skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. Access Skills a plus

More than four (4) years of professional experience administering payroll in the US

Knowledge and prior experience in other HR functions is preferred.

Prefer direct experience resolving escalated employee or client issues using and processing in HRIS databases (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP and/or Oracle) COBRA, HSA, FSA and/or 401k experience a plus

CIPP qualified or similar professional qualification

Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred

Preferable HRIS experience (PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc...)

Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

Must have organizational skills, such as the ability to multi-task, set priorities and follow up in a timely manner

Must be proficient in understanding the HRO lifecycle as well as Management software and tools.

Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/ problem solving skills when making decisions. Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.

Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback.

Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies.

Work well under pressure, have a professional demeanor, and strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Decision making: Makes timely and difficult decisions, uses consensus when possible and communicates decisions to others. Recognizes problems and responds, systematically gathers information, sorts through complex issues, seeks input from others, addresses root cause of issues.

Financial analysis and budgetary skills.
