The FinEX Senior Engineering Lead is responsible for working across the Technology Delivery Lifecycle including inception, construction, testing, release and on-going management across multiple FinEX products and services.They will provide technical direction and thought-leadership to multiple FinEX Engineering teams, sharing their expertise to deliver best-in-class products for the Finance Function and other GB/GFs supported by FinEX.Ideally the candidate will be co-located with our engineering teams in one of our primary Technology Centres in India or China."Hands on” engineering background (13-18 years) with experience in an engineering role or leading engineering teamsProven track record in maintaining latest technical skillsExperience in working Agile environment with a strong focus on developing engineering solutions.Proven ability to improve developer productivity – through automation and advanced technical skills.Strong leadership skills, team-builder and influencerExposure and success working within a global matrix organisation modelProven track record in effective stakeholder managementGravitas and ability to interact with and advise senior executivesAbility to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving and deliveryAbility to understand business issues and devise solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issuesAble to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issuesGreat attention to detail and an ability to identify and manage riskHighly experienced in getting the best out of people at various levels
