Get your career in gear today!Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities: + Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries + Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO) + Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by the customer + Be the contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents + Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run + After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc. + Return deals to CBO + Help resolve funding delays in a timely manner Qualifications: + Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency + Excellent communication skills both written and oral + Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes … Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
