McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Mounted Wheel Technician & Delivery Driver to join our growing team! This hybrid role includes mounting, balancing, and inspecting tires as well as handling delivery using company trucks. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being on the road occasionally—all while being home every night—this is the opportunity for you!

\n\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n

Mounted Wheel Technician Duties:

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Mount, dismount, and balance commercial and passenger tires

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Use tire-changing and balancing machines safely and effectively

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Inspect tires and wheels for damage and determine if repair or replacement is needed

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Maintain and operate tools and equipment in proper condition

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for handling tires and materials

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Keep a clean and organized work area

\n\t\n\n\n

Delivery Driver Duties:

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Load and unload tires or wheels from trailers or box trucks

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Safely operate company vehicles (manual and automatic)

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Deliver products on scheduled routes in a timely, professional manner

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ensure all deliveries are documented and handled correctly

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Follow DOT regulations and company policies

\n\t\n\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n\n\t\n\t

High School Diploma or GED

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

\n\t\n\t\n\t

1+ year of delivery driving or tire-related experience preferred

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Must be authorized to work in the United States

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
