Delivery Executive- DNS 

Base location from any core Fujitsu DNS Sites: (Basingstoke/Bracknell/Stevenage) plus regular visit to customer sites across the UK.  

Reporting to:  DNS Head of Delivery 

The Defence and National Security Business Unit is seeking a Delivery Executive to join our delivery team. This fulfilling role will see you taking responsibility for ensuring consistent delivery excellence, underpinned by the Fujitsu Core values and the DNS Charter.  This will be achieved through strong leadership, regular close customer contact, as well as building strong and pragmatic relationships with our delivery staff, our internal stakeholders within the supporting services and the wider UK delivery community.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting & Management: Accountable for forecasting and management of the account P&L (orders, revenue & margin), balance sheet, and cash. Accountable for driving in contract growth and beyond against the TCV forecast. Customer Relationships: Manage the customer relationships. Service Delivery: Accountable for service deliverability of new solutions and ensuring all services are professionally introduced & accepted into service. Project Delivery and Management: Accountable for the delivery of projects and programs to budget and contracted milestones. Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets including Net Promoter Scores (NPS)  Contractual Obligations: Manage contractual obligations and commitments ensuring the associated commercial processes are in place and adopted. Acceptance into Service: Actively own the service delivery to meet contracted service commitments, control costs and improve productivity through driving continual service improvements. Risk Management: Actively owns service, project and strategic risks such as TUPE Team Leadership and mentorship Lead, motivate and develop direct and indirect teams to build business capability. Manage teams to clear and unambiguous performance targets, measure team and individual performance, recognise strong performance and manage under performance. Resourcing: Work with Operations to ensures account operates with optimal resourcing and maintain a detailed accurate headcount forecast for the full year which is reviewed on a monthly basis. Account Business Planning: Accountability for the creation and execution of the Account Business Plan ensuring it aligns to DNS strategy Creation of Technical Roadmap: Ensure that there is a technical road map for the account that includes End of Life (EOL) and supportability of the technology. Developing New Business: Own the Account Growth Plan for new business opportunities such as Churn within the account and may where appropriate lead on new business such as renewals. Work with the Sales/Growth team and other sectors where (where appropriate  to identify opportunities for new business and who is best placed to lead on individually opportunities.  Transition and Transformation: Accountable for transition and transformation deliverables within the account. Support to wider DNS Governance and Initiatives: where appropriate contribute, facilitate and undertake governance reviews, including but not limited to Bid Quality reviews and gateways, DNS audits and delivery health checks, as well as initiatives that support the DNS Strategy and MTP.  Where appropriate represent DNS at similar FJ UK initiatives.

Measurables:

Achievement of specified target including; Profit, Revenue, Orders, Cash and Customer Satisfaction. Team performance, best practice compliance and motivation. Service and Project delivery metrics, Including SLA and KPI performance  Resource management metrics. Quality of Business reporting based on timely achievements of committed and alignment with Account management.
