Delivery Lead (Business Operations)

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to lead and oversee a team of Data Professionals, ensuring efficient task execution, accuracy, and alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality standards.

 

The Role:

Provide continuous guidance and support to a team of data associates to ensure high performance Monitor progress, generate reports, and communicate updates to higher management Ensure all processes align with client requirements, SLAs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Oversee data entry and verification processes to meet accuracy standards Identify and address operational issues to maximize efficiency and output Stay updated on client process changes and drive continuous improvements within the team.

 

What you will bring:

Proven experience in delivery management within a BPO or data processing environment Strong ability to track, report, and analyze team performance Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and support a team Experience in SLA management and ensuring compliance with client standards Ability to drive efficiency improvements and problem-solving within the team
