We are currently seeking a talented Delivery Lead to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES Partnering with business stakeholders to solicit and document end-to-end business requirements including personas, process flows, data requirements and edge casesAligning new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders.Understanding and translating business requirements into technical solutions in order to effectively lead IT delivery.Taking ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team.REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required in computer science or an equivalent.8 years of work experience within software development/implementationExperience in internal or external Stakeholder Management.Extensive experience in end-to-end software development project leadership, architecture, and solutions.Leadership experience within agile organizations including facilitating agile ceremonies, project and capacity planningAnalytical thinking and problem solvingCommunication and collaboration skillsProven ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExtensive experience collaborating globally and cross-functionally in order to facilitate the discovery, planning, and delivery of cross-team technical dependenciesPartnering with business stakeholders to solicit and document end-to-end business requirements including personas, process flows, data requirements and edge cases.Aligning new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders.Understanding and translating business requirements into technical solutions in order to effectively lead IT deliveryTaking ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product TeamUnderstanding the technical requirements of deliverables and align them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary.MORE REQUIREMENTS Discovering, documenting, and coordinating technical dependencies across a complex global enterprise system landscape including data ingestion and transformation processes.Ensuring the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps.Supporting the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team.Collecting feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/I's ways of working to drive continuous improvement.Facilitating productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation.Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaborationInterfacing with global counterparts to understand data and system dependencies, and plan execution appropriately.BENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.Adequate compensation according to your qualifications and experience • A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holidays per yearAnother 5 days (readjustments days) and 2 days (cultural days)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
