Key Responsibilities:Maintain staffing plan, communication plan, Project status reports, Risk/Issue/Action logManage Engagement risks issues and action plansUpdate eMonitoring status on weekly basisOwner of 6 contracts: Build EFFORT, WO; Track progress through Account Ops team/ Legal team. Get contracts signed by clientDeliver engagement per contract and under budgetUpdate detailed forecast in eMonitoringManage engagement budget/ CM/ DVIExplain reasons for DVI variance month over monthSubmit accruals and actuals for invoicingConduct monthly budget/ forecast/ actuals review with clientEstablish and Manage relationships with client business and IT team membersConduct CSAT on periodic basisPresent client happiness index and risks on weekly account call (M-review)Define objectives for Engagement rolesConduct timely assignment appraisalsEmpower and build team spiritLead senior resources and expert at conflict resolutionSupervise Sprint planning and scopeSupport Scrum Masters and Offshore delivery lead as neededMake decisions on balancing capacity with scope, defects, tech improvementsIdentify risks for delivery and provide direction on mitigation planPresent Capgemini delivery status in critical client meetingsSupport Capgemini AE and DE in sales activities as neededResponsible for organic growth of the engagementFind opportunities to improve budget or increase revenueRequired Skills:Experience and Knowledge on AWS and Cloud.
