Job Description The Delivery Lead holds a pivotal position responsible for driving the successful delivery of the company's products, platforms, and services. This role is instrumental in orchestrating and optimizing the allocation of resources to efficiently plan, implement, and oversee project activities.

Strategic Delivery Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and execution of product, platform, and service deliveries, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including project teams, to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of project activities.Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, making proactive decisions to keep projects on track.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.Quality Assurance: Ensure that portfolio, program, and projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.Team Leadership: Inspire and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a results-driven culture.Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Experience

At least 10-years end-to-end Portfolio/Program/Project Management experience preferably in a technical background Experience with and understanding of project management development and tracking toolsExperience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environmentBackground in telco, SAS and other similar Analytics technologiesExperience in agile implementation, cost-benefit analysis, & program managementExpertise in data analytics, customer profiling, digital marketing and analytics, customer lifecycle management, strategic planning, innovation, digital strategy

Level of Knowledge

Expert-Level Knowledge: Profound expertise in overseeing project and program management activities, including Program Managers and Project Managers. Demonstrated ability to align project portfolios with organizational objectives, manage resources effectively, and ensure successful project delivery. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop teams at various knowledge levels.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field from a four-year college or university
