Delivery Management Representative with German

Ecolab is looking for a Delivery Management Agent with German.

The aim of the position is to deliver frontline customer service to our internal and external customers by managing product availability and delivery related issues, rush and late orders.
 

What You Will Do:

Provide frontline service to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail and chat.Interface with manufacturing, shipping and transportation for multiple plants to coordinate on-time deliveries based on customer requested delivery datesProactively communicate changes and delays of orders and provide accurate informationOrganize rush orders with communication to sales and customersManage alternatives when original order requests cannot be fulfilled (products, delivery dates and quantities)Suggest process improvements

What are the requirements:

High school diploma or College degreeFluent German and English language skills (both written and verbal)Working in a multinational company – considered an advantageSAP and Logistics experience would be considered an advantageExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Customer service focused with the ability to partner with internal/external contactsProblem solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesGreat organizational skills and strong attention to detailsFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environmentProactive with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamOpen to expand activities, learn and work on other end 2 end activities like order support
