Your role:

The Delivery Manager for Data and Analytics Solutions will oversee the successful delivery of data and analytics projects and initiatives within Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) , ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data and data analytics, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Your focus will span the entire data spectrum, emphasizing finance, procurement, employee services, and service desks. You will work within a diverse range of enterprise system landscapes, including SAP, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors, while leveraging cutting-edge data platform technologies such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, SAP BW/HANA, and AWS.

 

Who you are:

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree such as a Master’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, or an MBA with a focus on data management and analytics.Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile), data analytics, or specific technologies (e.g., SAP, AWS, Snowflake) can enhance qualifications.

Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience

 

Primary Skills:

 

Proven experience 15+ years of experience working across the data spectrumCollaborate with key stakeholders (from business and IT) to enhance the understanding and utilization of data across finance, procurement, employee services, and service desks. Also help identify data requirements for integration into analytics platforms supporting various projects.Provide subject matter expertise in data management, governance, and analytics. Specific expertise within the SAP ecosystem will be a bonus.Develop and execute plans for delivering data solutions that support business operations, advanced analytics, and reporting metrics.Build and maintain strong relationships with data delivery partners in IT and data consumers across finance, procurement, employee services, and service-desk functions.Manage data project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the data development lifecycle.Track and manage workstreams and associated KPIs to ensure successful delivery of data solutions.Ensure compliance with firmwide policies and standards related to data. Design and implement processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, focusing on data protection, retention, storage, usage, and quality.Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues promptly.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in executing specific data-related tasks.Contribute to data modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and integration of data platforms.Identify and document critical data elements, ensuring proper classification and metadata management to facilitate understanding and control.Document requirements for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and coordinate resources to meet these standards.
