Delivery Manager – Business Operations

We’re looking for a Business Operations focused Delivery Manager to oversee document processing operations for a key project of ours in the East Midlands. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery while driving revenue, margin, and growth.

 

The Role:

Lead and optimize customer operations, ensuring effective delivery of both existing and new business processes Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, sales, client relations, legal, and commercial) to support contract renewals, business expansion, and product innovation Develop deep business domain expertise within the team and identify opportunities for expansion into new areas Manage and mentor the Operations team to exceed client expectations and improve efficiency Build a pipeline of potential talent to support future recruitment needs Define, track, and report internal SLAs to drive continuous performance improvement.

 

What you will bring:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing high-volume processing teams Proven ability to influence stakeholders and gain support for ideas internally and externally Strategic and commercial mindset in identifying and developing business opportunities Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services sectors Over 5 years of B2B relationship management and business development experience Minimum of 2 years of people management experience, with 4–5 years of project management exposure in client-focused initiatives.
