Overview Do you thrive in fast-paced technology environments? Are you an Agile maestro who orchestrates flawless delivery for complex projects? We seek a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead the charge in our technology department within reinsurance division. This leadership role goes beyond a typical Scrum Master, requiring a strategic approach to managing iterative delivery. How you'll make an impact Lead Agile Transformation: Implement and refine Agile methodologies throughout the technology lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery. Oversee Multi-Team Delivery: Manage the Agile process for multiple teams, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality standards, and industry regulations. Bridge the Gap & Drive Value: Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure clear business value realization. Orchestrate Deployments: Coordinate and support deployments of critical technology solutions, minimizing risks and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Cultivate Business Readiness: Facilitate business readiness activities, including user training, process documentation, and change management initiatives. Ensure Compliance & Quality: Oversee internal compliance processes, including risk assessments, data protection, and quality assurance. Proactive Risk Management: Monitor delivery progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Champion Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging them to adopt best practices and enhance their work methods. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate relevant Agile events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Delivery Managers, project managers, and IT professionals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. About You Extensive experience in Agile project management, preferably in a Delivery Manager or similar role Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Experience in business liaison, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders Familiarity with project deployment, change management, and business readiness activities Knowledge of internal compliance processes and relevant regulations Proficient in using Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Certification in Agile project management, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) #LI-TG2 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
