Pay Rate: $48 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Delivery Manager to their team for an initial 12 months of contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid, 2-3 days a week in office in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include: Lead Paid Media strategy and integration into omni-channel plans. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new ideas. Train and coach, the team on digital buying skills. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales. Manage ad creation, approvals, budgets, and performance optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance digital sales and customer experience. Work with the Analytics team to develop and verify dashboards. Qualifications: 
Must Have Skills: 5-8 years in full-funnel and performance marketing. Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Pinterest Ads Manager. Nice-To-Have Skills: English Language is a must and French proficiency is an asset. Previous Financial services experience
