Delivery Manager
**Do you want to deliver solutions for the Order to Cash (O2C) process and integrations in D365FO for our Enterprise and Gaming division and define it for our Hearing division? Then you might be our new colleague.** In the role of Delivery Manager, your focus involves planning and outlining the tasks alongside the teams, while also communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will have to balance the running business of Enterprise and Gaming as well as ensuring a consistency in the architecture within the DTP, digital transformation program, in our Hearing division, where we are moving from Navision to D365. **The team you will be part of:** Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join our Digital, Data & IT organization in the team Sourcing, Order Fulfilling, and Planning – and report to Director Christian Vindegaard Grønberg. As part of an innovative and collaborative team of solution architects, scrum masters, delivery managers and IT consultants, you will transform our digital internal Supply Chain set-up. With colleagues from across the world – and at different geographical locations -you are part of a collaborate, fun and hybrid work environment. **Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:** + Project and program planning within the frame of our planning increments with input from the relevant SMEs and stakeholders. + Ensuring progress by following up and unblocking the teams. + Creating transparency to the progress, dependencies, risk, and impediments for business stakeholders, team, including updates to global processes, system security and training delivery as appropriate. + Assist teams and stakeholders in preparing and aligning their expectations prior to agile events. + Ensure the right capabilities are available in the teams to deliver towards the future roadmap. + Work with product owners / management to agree on capacity and ensure and ensure operational excellence. **To meet the role's requirements, we imagine that you:** + You have significant experience in managing IT projects – where experience as Delivery Manager or Project Manager is advantageous. + Good planning skills including clearly conveying assumptions and risks from the SMEs to the stakeholders. + Good communication skills and ability to go from macro to micro view pending on if it SME’s or management that is targeted. + Take part of a social and collaborative work environment where progress is shared, and problems are openly discussed. + A higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study. + It is beneficial to possess experience in Agile frameworks. + Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others. We imagine that you can navigate in a global organization with multiple touch points with your structured approach and ability to prioritize your efforts. You are curious by nature, engaged and can make the complex understandable to your stakeholders. Your collaborative nature is well-suited for an environment that values adaptation.
