About the role  

 

The Delivery Manager within BSI’s Knowledge Solutions department plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, products, and services that support our mission of driving excellence and innovation.  

 

This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. The Delivery Manager ensures that delivery objectives align with business goals, meet client expectations, and contribute to the organization's overall success. 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders to align expectations. 

Lead and support cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers. 

Identify and resolve delivery risks to ensure success. 

Improve processes to boost efficiency, quality, and team performance. 

Share regular updates and progress reports with stakeholders and senior management. 

To be successful in the role, you will have:  

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) with practical application experience. 

Experience managing cross-functional teams  

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent. 

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
