DELIVERY MANAGER-BANKING AND INSURANCE OPERATIONS

You will manage the production and quality outcome of the project along with the below. Manage Global Trade Finance Operations for 125 people across Mumbai and Chennai. Manage Client stakeholders in India, as well as send site i.e. EMEA or APAC. Manage Internal IBM stakeholders, Compliance, Audit, Finance etc. Liaise with Client Support team and follow up on operational issues and initiatives. Overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the Back Office delivery. Lead all operational topics & drive performance as per SLAs. Manage margins for the project. Optimal utilization of resources. Ensure effective Goal setting and Performance management for reporting staff, create sufficient back ups, succession planning. Create and promote Employee engagement & retention, Employee Growth & development and Rewards/Recognition schemes for the entire process. Promote Innovation and Six Sigma culture. Supervise value addition projects from time to time. Continuous improvement in quality and productivity. To foster strong inter-personal relationships within the team to cohesively bond them together with the company and integrate them with the vision and core values. Responsible for creation and presentation of Business Reviews * **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience in Banking Operations * Overall, of 12+ years work experience in Trade Finance Operations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Preferred international banking experience.
