ABOUT THE ROLE

A unique opportunity has become available for a super organised, process loving , spreadsheet compatible, creatively inclined Delivery Manager within our conceptual creative team.  

The key focuses for this role are as follows:

Campaign Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, with a creative lens, aimed at promoting products or enhancing brand visibility in retail settings. 
Cross-functional Coordination: You will collaborate with broader creative team, art directors, content creators, digital marketers, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across channels. 
Project Planning and Execution: Developing and managing project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently, always looking for the most efficient use of the teams’ skills and time. 
Performance Analysis: Close collaboration with DCX team to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement to report back to creative leads and optimize future initiatives. 
Compliance and Brand Guidelines: Ensuring that all marketing materials and activities comply with legal requirements and adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across all communications. 
Innovation and Creativity: Fostering a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to attract and retain customers in the competitive retail landscape.  

You will be responsible for supporting your Creative team by ensuring the steady flow and completion of projects in the Creative Studio. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•    Demonstrated background or experience in a Creative Delivery Manager, Studio Manager or Creative manager role, preferably from a retail business. Experience in creative, either working with or working on is favourable. 
•    Proven experience producing and managing project schedules – ideally from a similar Marketing Creative Studio
•    Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 
•    Exceptional relationship building skills to work with cross functional teams
•    Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
•    Ability to be find solutions and make confident decisions
•    Ability to prioritise and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met
