BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

As a DELIVERY MANAGER, you will be responsible for typical functions in general management including defining business strategies focusing on achieving business excellence, people management and customer relationship management. The focus is mainly to strategize, plan and optimally deploy available resources toward customer satisfaction and management of cost, quality delivery schedule. Your main tasks:

Lead a team of 10-20 Software Developers as a Techno ManagerPlanning and allocation of resources for projects, tools, hardware, etc.  and ensure deployment as per targetsPeople management with feedback and project level engagement (responsible for KPIs, deploying resources, people management, conduct Goal Performance Dialogue for team members)Responsible for building up competency for the team. Provide resources for Competency Enhancement projects and build in Project-specificInput for Billing, cost utilizationFocus productivity improvementManage the technical aspects of the project tasks and performs reviewsManage hardware, software, facilities usage, ISP

QualificationsAt least 1 – 2 years of experience in people managementExcellent Resource Management and Time Management skillsGood at team engagement, motivation and competency build-up; stakeholder management skillsB.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related majorEnglish proficiency is a mustHave strong experience in Embedded software developmentHave hands-on experience in Automotive Diagnostics and Communication protocols is big advantage
