Scope 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and will be proficient in tools such as Jira and Confluence. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and aligning project execution with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Oversee the delivery of complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with the product team. Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project requirements. Use Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage backlogs, document processes, and maintain communication across distributed teams. Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that impact project scope, schedule, and quality. Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that projects align with business goals and expectations. Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders. Drive team dynamics and performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance project delivery efficiency. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science & Information Science

 

Certifications/Licensing

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.
 

Years and Type of Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, with comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation, with a strong ability to leverage these tools to enhance project transparency and team collaboration. Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Strong leadership skills in guiding teams and stakeholders, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous improvement. Knowledge of additional project management tools and methodologies is a plus, including experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong organizational skills in resource allocation and project scheduling to effectively manage project workloads and meet project goals. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines efficiently.
