Delivery Manager I
**What You'll Do** We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Integrated Finance Solutions team (IFS). As a Delivery Manager, you’ll use your expertise to help define "what great looks like" and generate action to craft those behaviors! Introduce and coach teams on product development techniques, such as building feedback into the product or process that help the team "build the right thing". + Partner with agile team members to solution and deliver business outcomes. + Lead a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years! **Who You Are** + Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience + 1 - 2 years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints + Ability to work with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status + Knowledge of insurance and financial services preferred + Basic leadership and presentations skills required + Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality + Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners **Skills That Will Help You Stand Out** + Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required + Proven ability to guide teams through various collaborative processes, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making. **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $57000 - $77900 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
