In this role you will:
• Ensure the regular delivery of software products and projects throughout the entire life cycle of a feature of set of features and guide teams in applying Lineage standard processes, tools and frameworks

Key Role & Impact
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and IT teams to align technical and business requirements into clear delivery plansIntegrate inputs from multiple workstreams to build cohesive execution plans with identified critical paths, dependencies and key milestonesFacilitate and optimize team participation in release planning and cross-team coordination forums - helping teams prepare effectively, surface dependencies and translate planning outcomes into actionable delivery plansAdapt plans throughout project lifecycles to address emerging requirements and mitigate risksMonitor team performance and proactively address risks and blockersFacilitate regular check-ins and working sessions to maintain alignment, accountability and momentumHelp orchestrate software deployments by coordinating with developers, DevOps, and QAMeasure and communicate delivery impact, ensuring execution contributes meaningfully to team, product and business outcomesProvide clear, timely communication of project and product status, risks and milestones to stakeholders and leadershipDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on team feedback, observed patterns and delivery outcomesAct decisively to improve both projects and organizational processesTravel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed to support on-site events, coordination efforts and team alignmentYou & Your Experience
5+ years of experience as a project manager, delivery lead or program manager in cross-functional technology environmentsStrong understanding of project, program and change management methodologies and their practical applicationProven experience leading teams through complex delivery cycles, driving accountability and removing blockers to successStrong technical background with the ability to understand product and software development processesAbility to work with teams to evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies and implementation approaches when planning or adjusting delivery timelinesStructured, detail-oriented thinker who can adapt plans dynamically while keeping teams focused on outcomesStrong relationship builder with excellent communication, collaboration and influence skillsSkilled at integrating multiple inputs and aligning teams to deliver on priorities and milestonesThrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, bringing structure and momentum where neededEnergized by continuous improvement and passionate about creating efficient and effective ways of workingProfessional Program Management certification(s) preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or a related field preferredWhy Lineage?
