Here's what we're looking for:

Full-time, Vienna

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead cross arts-focused initiatives, managing the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment across engineering and business teams, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe. This role will be critical in tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and communicating project status to the International Business Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, effective communication skills, and a solid background in vendor and budget oversight.

Your upcoming mission:

Drive project delivery for cross arts-focused initiatives, ensuring each project aligns with organizational goals, stays within scope, and is delivered on time and within quality standards.

Develop and adjust project plans and timelines as necessary, closely monitoring milestones and deliverables to ensure project success. (DiGA, Global Restructuring Program, Internalisation)

Establish and monitor key engineering metrics, creating a data-driven environment that supports proactive, informed decision-making and helps identify areas for improvement.

Act as the main liaison for the International Business Team, providing regular and transparent updates on timelines, progress, blockers, and potential risks.

Collaborate with product engineering on procurement needs, including contract negotiation, onboarding, and management of new and existing partners, ensuring all vendors meet performance and compliance standards.

Track and monitor project budgets closely, ensuring costs align with the approved budget, preparing regular financial reports, and alerting stakeholders to any variances or potential budget risks.

Anticipate and identify delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle, working proactively with stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum.

Conduct post-initiative reviews to document lessons learned and apply insights to enhance future project delivery and efficiency.

Support the team by providing a structured approach to project prioritization, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic objectives and available resources.

Essential skills for your mission:

5+ years in delivery management with a focus on Agile project management, ideally in an enterprise setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.

You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

What to expect:

An innovative agile working environment allowing for collaboration with really smart people and knowledge sharing in cross-functional teams

A growing organization with room for development
